What we collect

• Enquiry details you submit: name, business name, email address, optional phone number, project type, project description, indicative budget and timeframe.
• Client portal account details for clients we work with: name, email address and the organisation you belong to.
• Technical information necessary to serve the website securely, such as request logs held by our hosting provider.

Why we use it and our legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss possible work — legitimate interests, and steps towards entering a contract.
• To deliver and support projects for clients — performance of a contract.
• To keep the website secure and available — legitimate interests.
• For optional analytics or marketing measurement — consent, which you give or withhold through our cookie banner. No such tools are active at present.

Sharing your data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, email and (where enabled) authentication and database providers, under contract and only as needed. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months. Client project records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long as needed afterwards to meet legal, tax and contractual obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis. To exercise any of these, email hello@anbothantechnologies.ie. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, access control and least-privilege access to client systems. No system can be guaranteed absolutely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
